Because one of our ingredients - Gingko Biloba - is available on prescription only in Ireland, we are not able to ship or sell our product in that country.

It’s kind of a long story…The organic certification (NPOP or National Programme for Organic Production) is a long, tedious, and expensive processfor small farmers., It also demands a waiting period of 3 years before farmers can begin selling their produce—making the ‘organic certified’ label unaittanable for most. Although THEENK products aren’t certified organic, you can be confident that we choose our suppliers carefully and lab test each batch to make sure there are no nasties (pesticides, heavy metals, cheap fillers, etc.)

Yes! We use cardboard packaging, biodegradable Soilon teabags and compostable natureflex foil. Both our tea bags and wrappers are compostable. Teabags: Our teabgas are made out of compostable Soilon material which is actually cornstarch! This means you don’t have to worry about microplastics in your tea. The tag is heat-sealed instead of glue sealed so you’re never exposed to glue in your tea. The teabags are perfect for industrial composting, just add to your food waste bin. Wrappers: We use Natureflex foil to keep our teabags fresh and aromatic. Naturflex is made out of woodpulp from sourced exclusively from sustainably-managed plantations. This material is homecompostable within 60days. No compost, no problem. Pop these into your food-waste bin to get it turned into energy with other food-waste.
