Who shouldn’t use THEENK?

Our herbs are very safe, but there isn’t a whole lot of data on use of nootropics and adaptogens for certain groups. Therefore, THEENK is not currently recommended for:

Pregnant and breastfeeding women or children
Consult your GP if you have any known medical conditions or are taking any medications or using other herbal products.

THEENK should be consumed as part of a healthy and well-balanced diet. It’s not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure disease.

How long can I use the program for?

Can I drink my teas hot and cold?

Yes! Always start with hot water for proper steeping (see time on box) and then feel free to pour over ice.

Will I lose all my progress during the break?

Absolutely not! Think of this break as a ‘rest day’ at the gym, which is just as important as lifting weights. Our main goal is to help you succeed in the long run. The habits you've built up during your time with THEENK will stay with you for as long as you cultivate them.

Why is a break recommended after every 3 weeks?

Our products  are full of powerful, active substances that take time to work their full magic in the body. Science (and a history of use) has shown that a break from consuming adaptogens and nootropics is the best way to see the biggest benefits and let the herbs take effect in the body.  💜

What can I add to my tea after steeping?

Yes, feel free to add honey, milk, fruits, ice cubes or whatever you like— there are endless ways to enjoy!

Can I add the teas to smoothies?

Only if you want a really delicious smoothie :) We also love them in mocktails and even soups - the possibilities are endless!

Are the herbs safe?

Absolutely. We've chosen specific herbs which don't build up toxic levels in your body. However, as with any active substance, we feel it's good to give your body a break and time to function on its own for a while to channel its inner powers 💫. Learn more about our suggested 21-day program.
